If you have an issue with any of our mats please contact us immediately so we can address your problem. It is aj love’s policy that every attempt should be made to satisfy our customers!

We take pride in our products and guarantee 100% satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, retail mats purchased online at can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item or a defective item was shipped.

For products purchased at please send an email to for assistance. Please be advised that our return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, weather conditions, or improper cleaning/storing of your mat.

For products not directly purchased from us, you’ll need to contact the venue you bought the mat from, as your mat will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the company you bought your mat from. If you have any trouble making a return through the seller, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We warrant our Mats to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, and all other products for a period of one year. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials including mat printing over extended time and use. Please contact with a proof of purchase and a photograph showing the defect or wear to initiate a warranty claim.
